My process

Initially I will ask you to describe your perspective on your life prior to our first session. I will then meditate on your responses and overall energy. Following this and through an online session or in-person, we will walk through an organic conversation of where you have been, where you are now, and where you wish to go.

I can assist you by:

  • providing you with intuitive guidance from a higher perspective

  • helping illuminate patterns in your life that you may not be aware of

  • assist you with deep realizations, creating 'aha' moments

  • helping peel back the layers of who you thought you were

  • providing next steps along your journey

Arien is like the light workers counselor. So often as healers, we’re used to having everyone come to us for support, but where do we go when we need to work through all the things we experience as light workers? Arien! His grounded and loving presence made me feel comfortable to share anything I was feeling, as he lead us through a casual but very profound discussion. I had at least three “ah-ha!” moments in a single hour session, that have created a lasting impact on me moving forward. I could sense being filled with light throughout the session.
